In my former role with Edmonton Global, we contracted with Breama to assist with the implementation of the Salesforce CRM system, which at the time was in its infancy. At the time, our organization struggled with scanned business cards not being entered correctly into our CRM, address entry issues as our clients are from all over the world, dashboard visualization, and integration with market intelligence applications such as D&B Hoovers. In a very short time, Breama solved these technical issues and assisted our organization in developing procedures and processes that benefited our business development staff as well as our executive and sponsors. Our partnership was very beneficial, as our executive could easily access information on the progress of the organization, and business development staff learned how to integrate the CRM in their workflow processes.
